摘要
[目的]探讨了陕西省渭河流域的生活用水、工业用水、农业用水及综合用水水平,以期加强陕西省渭河流域水资源管理和实现水资源的可持续利用。[方法]运用多目标、多层次决策方法,建立模糊综合评判模型,评价了综合用水水平。[结果]陕西省渭河流域综合用水水平整体不高,制约了渭河流域社会经济可持续发展。[结论]要实现渭河流域水资源的可持续利用,需要科学合理地开发利用水资源,合理配置有限的水资源。
[ Objective ] The level of water-using in daily living, industry, agriculture and its integrated management were investigated in order to strengthen the management of water resources and its sustainable utilization in Weihe River in Shaanxi Province. [ Method] The model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive water-using level was established with the methods of multi-level and multi-objective decision-making. [ Result] The results showed that the low level of integrated water-using along the Weihe River in Shaanxi Province restricted the soeio-economic sustainable development in Weihe River Basin. [ Conclusion] The water resources needed to be scientifically and rationally allocated and used in order to realizing the sustainable utilization in the Weihe River basin.
