欠发达地区绿色产业发展对策研究——以陕南地区为例

Study on the Green Industry Development Strategies in Underdeveloped Areas

发展绿色产业是我国产业结构调整的重要目标之一,对于统筹城乡发展、缩短地区经济差距具有重要的战略意义。以地处经济欠发达地区的陕南为例,深入分析了其发展绿色产业的基础、发展现状和存在问题,从完善农业服务体系、创新投入扶持机制、促进区域合作、壮大龙头企业4个方面提出了加快绿色产业发展的对策建议。

Green industry development is one of the major goals of industrial structure adjustment in China ,which has a strategic significance for the urban and rural development and reducing regional economic disparities. Taken the underdeveloped area of Southern Shannxi as an example, the foundation, development status and existing problems of green industry development were analyzed deeply, the countermeasures to speeding up the green industry development were put forward from four aspects such as perfect agricultural service system, innovation investment support mechanisms, promoting regional cooperation and growth leading enterprises.
