阐述我国农村公共物品的供给制度经历了3个阶段:人民公社时期、家庭联产承包制时期、税费制度改革之后的时期,它们的本质相同,其绩效却不同。其中人民公社时期的供给制度相对有效,而家庭联产承包制时期和税费制度改革之后的时期则相对无效。

The supply system of rural public goods in our Country experienced 3 stages such as people community stage, rural responsibility system stage and the stage after tax-fee reform, their essential characteristics are not much different, and their performance is different ,the former is effect,the latter isnI relatirehy effect.
