我国农村土地调整中的冲突研究——基于社会燃烧理论视角

Research on the Conflict of China's Rural Land Adjustment Based on Social Burning Theory

运用社会燃烧理论对农村土地调整中的冲突进行了研究,认为农村土地调整中的冲突是在燃烧的基本条件即"燃烧物质"(农地利益)、"助燃剂"(包括自然灾害、农民土地权利意识增强、农地法律政策及其产权制度缺陷等)和"点火温度"(家庭联产承包责任制的实施)共同作用下产生的,最后总结了对调控农村土地调整中的冲突的认识和思考。

Conflicts in the adjustment of rural land were studied by using social burning theory, considering that the conflicts are resulted from the joint action of basic burning conditions, such as ＂burning material＂ （rural land interests）, ＂accelerant＂ （including natural disasters, increased awareness of farmer land rights, defects of rural land legal policy and property rights system） and ＂ignition temperature＂ （implementation of the household contract responsibility system）. Finally, the article summed up understanding and thinking on control of these conflicts.
