β-amyloid Imaging of Alzheimer' s Disease with Positron Emission Tomography

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)的特征性病理改变是老年斑形成及神经纤维缠结的出现。目前利用正电子发射断层扫描进行活体早期AD的诊断是公认的安全可靠的方法。本文对近年用于诊断早期ADβ淀粉样蛋白的PET显像剂的研究和进展进行简要回顾。 Alzheimer＇s disease is characterized by the presence of senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles. At present, using positron emission tomography to diagnosis the early Alzheimer＇s disease is considered a safe and reliable method. Recent studies and progresses about β-amyloid of Alzheimer＇s disease image by positron emission tomography were reviewed.
