摘要
我科从１９９６年开始开展内窥镜鼻窦外科手术，至今已治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人９３例，经术后随访换药，我们发现，在能够坚持换药的病人６５例和不能坚持换药的病人２８例之间，治愈率有统计学差异；分别为７５．４％（４５／６５）和５０％（１４／２８），同时随着病人手术后时间的延长，治愈率有下降的趋势。在此，我们就这一结果进行分析并对手术中的麻醉、手术方法、术后换药等方面的经验做一报告。
Abstract Since July 1996, 93 patients with chronic sinusitis or/and nasal polyps have been treated by endoscopic sinus surgery. There were 58 males and 35 females, ranging in age from m 7 to 73 years. The surgical procedure included: ① Resection of the uninate process in 13: ② Resection of the uninate process+frontal ethmoidotomy in 45; ③ Resection of the uninate process+ethmoidotomy+sphenoidostomy+middle turbinateplasty in 32; ④ Sphenoidostomy in 3. All patients were followed up 0.5 to 1.0 year. The result showed that cure rate was 75.4% (49 in 65) in group A (regular exam- ination by endoscope after operation), 50.0% (14 in 28) in group B (not regular follow- up) . The experience of treatment of chronic sinusitis and surgical technique were also discussed.
