薄水铝石和AFI层状晶体自组装过程的表征

摘要 材料的结构和形态设计灵感大多来自于自然。本文用气相合成法,通过薄水铝石(AlO(OH))和层状沸石AFI晶体自组装,得到了一些非常有趣的晶体形貌,采用XRD、EDS和SEM等测试手段,对得到的系列样品进行了表征,并对其生长过程的机理进行了分析研究。 Inspiration for designing synthetic material with special morphology usually comes from natural patterns and forms. In this paper AFI layered crystals were fabricated on MO(OH) fibers via self-assembly technology of two-vapor-phase thermal method and the morphology of zeolitic composite were investigated. Flower-like pattern with a fully "calyx, petals and pistils" were observed by XRD, EDS and SEM. Its probable forming process was assumed.
