覆膜支架治疗创伤性颈内动脉假性动脉瘤

Treatment of Traumatic Internal Carotid Artery Pseudoaneurysms with Covered stents (a Report of 5 Cases)

目的探讨用覆膜支架治疗创伤性颈内动脉假性动脉瘤的临床效果。方法覆膜支架治疗5例创伤性颈内动脉假性动脉瘤,并于3个月后对2例患者进行DSA复查。结果5例病人均获得良好治疗效果,动脉瘤不显影,载瘤动脉通畅,无并发症发生。结论血管内覆膜支架治疗创伤性颈内动脉假性动脉瘤是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the curative effect of the covered stents on traumatic pseudoaneurysms of internal carotid arteries. Methods Five patients with traumatic pseudoaneurysms of internal carotid arteries were treated with covered stents. DSA examination was performed again in 2 patients 3 months after the treatment. Results The satisfactory curative effect was reached in all the patients, in whom the pseudoaneurysms disappeared, the parent arteries were free and no complications occurred. Conclusion The endovascular grafting of covered stents is an effective and reliable method to treat the traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the internal carotid artery.
