扁桃体腺样体切除治疗儿童鼻-鼻窦炎

Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in treatment of child sinusitis

目的观察切除肥大或有炎症的扁桃体、腺样体对儿童鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗作用。方法对63例儿童鼻-鼻窦炎行扁桃体、腺样体切除后消炎治疗3d,纳米银水凝胶抗菌鼻喷剂喷鼻,1日3次,阿奇霉素颗粒口服,1日1次,治疗10d。结果1个月后61例鼻塞、脓涕、头晕、头痛、睡眠打鼾等症状消失,2例伴有鼻中隔偏曲者仍有轻微鼻塞感,无明显脓性鼻涕、头晕、头痛症状,睡眠时打鼾明显减轻。结论行肥大或有炎症的扁桃体、腺样体切除对单纯药物治疗效果不好的儿童鼻-鼻窦炎治疗效果好,同时又可治疗儿童鼾症。

Objective To observe the effect of tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy in the treatment of sinusitis. Methods 63 children with sinusitis were treated with tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy,and then were given anti-inflammatory treatment for three days,sprayed three times per day with nano-silver antimicrobial gel and took azithromycin particles once per day,lasting for 10 days. Results One month later,nasal obstruction,purulent snivel,dizziness,headache,snoring and other symptoms of 61 cases disappeared, while two cases of deviation of the nasal septum had a slight feeling of nasal obstruction, and snoring was improved. Conclusion Tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy is effective for those unaffected by drugs and at the same time it is effective for those with snoring.
