摘要
为了解心、脑血管疾病患者红细胞变形能力(RCD)与血脂的关系,分别用激光衍射法和酶分析法检测了286例心、脑血管疾病患者及30例健康对照组的RCD与血脂含量,并将二者进行相关分析,结果经t检验表明,病人组血脂含量较对照组明显升高,有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),病人组的RCD明显低于正常对照组,差异也有高度显著性(P<0.01);病人组的RCD与总胆固醇(TC)呈负相关性,在心、脑血管疾病中P<0.05,而在伴有血脂升高的高血压和糖尿病中P<0.01。以下结果提示,在心、脑血管疾病发生发展过程中,存在血脂与RCD的变化,检测二者对该病的预防和监测具有一定的意义。
To investigate the relationship between the lipid in serum and the red cell deformability(RCD) of cardial or cerebral vascular diseases. Ektacytometry was used to detect the RCD and the enzyme assay for the concentration of lipid 286 patients with cardial or cerebral vascular diseases and 30 age matched healthy persons were examined. The result indicated that the level of lipid in patients serum were significantly higher then that in normal serum (P< 0. 01 ).While the RCD of Patient group were significantly lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.01 ). There is a negative relationship (P< 0. 05 ) between RCD and the TC in cardial or cerebral vascular disease group and P<0.01 in hypertension and diabetes patients with higher lipid. The results indicated that the change of lipid and RCD exist in the cardial or cerebral vascular diseases.There is cerium value to monitor the disease by detecting both of them.
