基于H.223协议的视频教学系统设计与实现

Design and Realization of Video Teaching System Based on H.223 Protocol

摘要 为了适应低码率应用环境,实现音频和视频有效传输,本文介绍了一种采用H.223通信协议,利用其复用技术,设计实现视频教学系统的方法。 In order to adapt to the low bit rate application circumstances and realize the audio and the video transmissions effectively,this article introduces a method of realizing the video teaching system by using the H.223 communication protocol and its multiplexing technology.
