摘要
介绍了山梨醇氢解制备C_2-C_3多元醇以及影响其转化率的各种因素,尤其是硫化钠作为一种钝化剂,减少了气体和副产物的生成,提高了产率。确定了最佳工艺条件,其中催化剂的加量为干物的12.5%(质量分数,下同),反应温度为250℃,氧化钙的加量为5%,硫化钠与钌碳的物质的量比为1:1,C_2-C_3多元醇产率达76.0%,山梨醇转化率达98.8%。
This paper introduces the preparation of C2-C3 polyol with Ru/C hydrogenolysis sorbitol and the influencing factors. In the process,sodium sulfide as additive can reduce gas production and byproduct,and increase yield. The optimum conditions are as follons, the mass fraction of the catalyst is 12. 5 % of the dry matters, the reaction temperature is 250 ℃, the mass fraction of calcium oxide is 5% ,molar ratio of sodium sulfide to Ru/C is 1 : 1,C2-C3 multi-alcohol production rate is 76. 0% ,sorbitol conversion rate is 98.8 %.
