摘要
随着半干法脱硫技术在钢铁行业烧结烟气中的广泛应用,其副产物脱硫灰的利用受到越来越多的重视,通过实验寻找到了脱硫灰用于制备生态胶凝材料的最适宜条件,通过对脱硫灰改性,掺加量为15%(质量分数)时较为适宜,外加乙型促凝剂使凝结时间达标,研制出的胶凝材料化学指标符合《通用硅酸盐水泥》(GB/T 175—2007)中矿渣硅酸盐水泥(PoSoB)标准要求,3 d,28 d抗折抗压强度可满足矿渣硅酸盐水泥52.5标准。另外,还利用SEM分析测试手段分析了其不同龄期的水化产物。
Along with the widespread application of semi-dry desulphurization technology in the sintering flue gas in iron and steel industry,the byproducts called desulphurization ash has been paid more and more attention to. Through experiments, The most appropriate condition of preparing ecological cementitious material with desulphurization ash has been found. The appro- priate mixing amount of modified ash is 15%, adding some B-coagulant to make the setting time meet a designated standard. The chemical indicators of the cementitious materials is in line with those of the slag Portland cement (PoSoB) mentioned in the "Universal Portland Cement" (GB/T 175--2007). The bending strength and compressive strength of 3 d,28 d of the cementitious material is meeting the 52. 5 standard of slag Portland cement. In addition,different hydrated products in different stages were analyzed by SEM.
