东海国际海底光缆故障原因分析研究

Analysis of the factors affecting submarine optical cable safety in the East China Sea

海底光缆的安全性一直是投资、建设、维护各方重点关注的问题。东海区的国际海底光缆阻断事故时有发生,严重影响我国对外通信。统计东海区国际海底光缆系统1994.04～2006.03期间所发生的故障,分析故障处光缆结构、埋深、水深、底质及各种人为活动,研究影响东海国际海底光缆安全的因素,为未来东海区海底光缆的设计、施工、维护提供科学依据。

The Submarine optical cable safety is the key problem in investment, construction and maintenance. The cable fault happened in the East China Sea severely affects communication of our country. To provide scientific basis for design, construct, maintenance of submarine cable, the factors threatening submarine cable are discussed by collecting cable faults from Apr. 1994 to Mar. 2006 in the East China Sea and by analyzing cable＇s structure, buffed depth, water depth and soils of the fault distributing areas, human activities and so on.
