摘要 学科是高校学术地位、科研水平及人才培养质量的标志,是高校建设的永恒主题,也是社会对高校建设的重要需求。它不仅代表着学校的办学水平,更对学校的可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。在新一轮教学改革与教学质量工程建设的机遇与挑战中,高校特别是新升本院校要客观分析学科建设的现状和目标定位,明确办学特色和特色学科,突出重点学科,制定建设规划,加强学科带头人的选拔和学术团队培养,优先使一批学科在学科水平上取得重大突破,全面带动学校各项建设,提高办学层次和办学质量。 Subject is the symbol of universities' academic status, scientific research level and personnel training quality. Besides, it is the eternal theme of university construction and the need for university construction of the society. It not only represents the running level of university ,but also exerts important influences upon the sustainable development of universities. In a new round of chance and challenge of teaching reform and teaching quality project construction, universities especially the new-upgraded ones should know the condition and objective orientation of subject construction,formulate the running characteristics and special subjects,highlight key discipliness, make construction plans, choose the leader of field learning and make major breakthroughs in some subjects to lead the university construction in an all-round way and to improve the level of running qualities.
