摘要
以南方四季杨带腋芽茎段为外植体,在添加不同浓度的6-BA和NAA的MS培养基上,对不同的初代培养基配方对外植体的诱导率的影响进行了研究。结果如下:添加1.0 mg.L-16-BA和0.1mg.L-1NAA的MS培养基为最佳的初代培养基配方,诱导率可达到98.7%。
Stem segments with buds from Populus deltoide x P. nigra cv. Chile were used as expl'ants in primary generation culture, which were cultivated on the MS medium with different concentration of 6 - BA and NAA. The results showed:MS medium with 1.0mg·L^-1 6 -BA and 0. 1 mg·L^-1 NAA was good for callus induction. The inductive rate could reach 98. 7%.
