摘要 现有的配煤调运系统没有将车辆调度的优化问题和配煤优化问题作为一个整体考虑,存在较大的局限性,难以满足日益复杂的煤炭调运任务的需要。针对上述问题,提出了一种以经济效益最大化为目标的配煤调运数学模型,给出了基于二阶段法的该模型的求解算法,并以山西某矿业公司为例,设计了以该模型为基础的动态配煤调运系统。实际运行表明,该系统既降低了配煤调运的运输费用,又协调了用户需求与原煤质量指标之间的矛盾,具有广阔的应用前景。 The optimization problem of vehicle scheduling and coal blending are not synthetically considered in the existing coal blending and scheduling system, so it has limitation and is difficult to meet with more and more complicated needs of coal scheduling task. To solve above problem, the paper proposed a coal blending and scheduling model which taking maximum economic benefit as goal, gave solution algorithm of the model based on two-stage algorithm. Taking a mining company in Shanxi province as example, it designed a dynamic coal blending and scheduling system based on the model. The actual running showed that the system not only decreases transportation cost of coal blending and scheduling, but also solves contradiction between user requirements and quality index of raw coal, which has broad application prospect.
