摘要
针对传统的压缩机监控设备不能满足高度自动化生产需要的问题,提出了一种基于MCGS的压缩机监控系统的设计方案,分析了MGCS的功能和特点,并给出了MGCS的整体结构,详细介绍了MGCS在压缩机监控系统的应用及实现。实际应用表明,该系统应用效果良好,大大提高了压缩空气站的自动化水平,降低了劳动强度。
To solve the problem that traditional compressors' monitoring device can't meet with demand of high level's automation production, the paper proposed a design scheme of compressor monitoring and control system based on MCGS. It analyzed functions and characteristics of MCGS, gave whole structure of MGCS, introduced application of MGCS in compressor monitoring and control system and its implementation. The actual application showed that the system has good application effect, which greatly improves automation level of compressed air station and reduces labor intensity.
