摘要 针对传统的瓦斯传感器测量精度低、稳定性差、缺乏智能性等问题,介绍了一种智能瓦斯传感器的设计方案。该传感器采用多个瓦斯气敏元件,以ATmega128单片机为控制核心,并采用最小二乘数据融合算法,将多个瓦斯浓度检测结果进行融合,实现了瓦斯检测和信息处理功能。实验结果表明,该智能瓦斯传感器具有测量精度高、校准周期长、可维护性好等特点,克服了传统的瓦斯传感器存在的问题。 To solve the problems of low measuring precision, poor stability and intelligence of traditional gas sensor, the paper introduced a design scheme of intelligent gas sensor. The sensor adopts several gas catalytic elements and takes ATmega128 single-chip microcomputer as control core, and uses least square data fusion algorithm to fuse several detection results of gas concentration, which realizes functions of gas detection and information processing. The experiment result showed that the intelligent gas sensor has performances of high measuring precision, long calibration periods and good maintainability. Furthermore, it can overcome the problems of traditional gas sensor.
