摘要
介绍了一种磁场测试系统,通过在差动变压器的绕组骨架上嵌入霍尔传感器,构建以霍尔传感器,信号调理电路,PCI—1711数据采集卡和虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW为主体的数据采集系统。该系统通过对霍尔传感器输出信号的实际采集和信号处理,得到差动变压器铁芯的径向磁场分布。针对差动变压器的参数使用Magnet软件建立了仿真模型,并仿真差动电压器磁场分布,从而验证该测量方法是可行的,测量结果是正确的。
A kind of magnetic field testing system is introduced. Through embedding Hall sensor on framework of differential transformer, a data acquisition system , which consists of Hall sensor, signal conditioning circuit, PCI-1711 data acquisition card and virtual instrument software LabVIEW is constructed. By acquiring and processing Hall sensor output signal,differential transformer core's radial magnetic field distribution is achieved. Using differential transformer' s parameters, simulation model with software Magnet is established. Furthermore, magnetic field distribution of differential transformer is also simulated. Therefore, it shows that the measurement method is feasible and the measurement results are correct.
