三叶草钢板治疗Pilon骨折45例临床观察

摘要 Pilon骨折是指胫骨远端波及关节面的骨折，约占下肢骨折的1％。近年来随着交通业和建筑业的发展，交通事故及坠落伤不断增多，高能量损伤的Pilon骨折发生率也随之增加。我科自2000年8月-2007年12月期间，采用三叶草钢板治疗Pilon骨折45例，疗效满意。现报道如下：
