摘要
用不同浓度的镉溶液对白菜种子进行培养,观察白菜受镉胁迫后的变化和受伤害的程度,并分析了镉在白菜幼苗中的含量变化。实验结果表明:白菜幼苗可以富集一定量的镉,Cd2+对白菜幼苗的损伤首先表现在根毛和根毛区,较低浓度的Cd2+对白菜种子的萌发有一定的促进作用,而高浓度的Cd2+则对种子萌发有明显的抑制作用。
In order to study the change and injury of Chinese cabbage after stress, seeds of cabbage were cultured in the solutions of Cd^2+ with different concentrations. The results showed that: Cabbage seedlings can accumulate certain amount of cadmium, Cd^2+ damage on cabbage seedlings in root hairs and root hair zone firstly, the lower concentration of Cd^2+ has certain stimulative effect on seeds germination, while high concentration of Cd^2+ obviously restrained seeds germination.
