摘要
研究了三个不同剂量的He-Ne激光照射对骨折愈合过程中血清羟脯氨酸浓度的影响。将32只新西兰白兔的左桡骨造成实验性骨折,将之分为四组,分别接受:A)36J/cm2、B)16.8J/cm2、C)4.8J/cm2、D)0J/cm2(对照)的He-Ne激光照射,每日1次,共照10次,直接照射骨折部位。测定不同时期血清中羟脯氨酸浓度。结果:在骨折愈合初期,B和C组血清羟脯氨酸浓度均显著优于对照组,且B组显著优于C组;A组与对照组比较,对照组显著优于A组。表明:16.8J/cm2和4.8J/cm2的He-Ne激光照射刺激了骨折愈合,且16.8J/cm2效果更佳;
The effects of three levels of energy density He Ne laser on the concentration of serum hydroxyproline in the Process of rabbit fracture healing were studied.Thirty two rabbits randomized into A,B,C and control groups received respectively 36J/cm 2,16.8J/cm 2,4.8J/cm 2,0J/cm 2 He Ne laser irradiation.Their concentration of serum hydroxyproline were examined on the 5th,10th,15th,20th,25th amd 30th day postfracturally.The result showed that during 15 days after the fracture,the concentration of serum hydrocyproline in Group B and Group C were significantly higher than that in the control group,the concentration in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group C, and the concentration in the control group was significantly higher than that in Group A.It is suggested that 16.8J/cm 2 and 4.8J/cm 2 He Ne laser irradiation could stimulate the fracture healing,16.8J/cm 2 could be the best level of the three energy densities,but 36J/cm 2 He Ne laser could inhibit the fracture healing.
