大鼠丘脑束旁核的光镜观察

LIGHT MICROSCOPIC STUDY ON THE PARAFASCICULAR NUCLEUS OF THALAMUS IN RATS

采用Ｎｉｓｓｌ染色的大鼠丘脑冠状切片对其ＰＦ细胞构筑进行了定量研究，大鼠ＰＦ中的神经元有长梭形（纺缍形）、圆或椭圆形、三角形及多极形四类，以中、小型细胞为主。各形态细胞在由ＭＤ和ＣＬ分隔成的ＰＦ内、外侧部中分布不一，内侧部长梭形为主占３９．９４％，外侧部圆或椭圆形为主占４２．７６％；大小上，内侧部小型细胞占４７．５８％、中型细胞占５１．７９％，外侧部小型占５８．３７％、中型占４０．９５％。

The morphological studies on neurons of the parafascicular nucleus (PF)was made with Nissl staining procedures in adult rats.Four groups of cells with various sizes and shapes,such as round,ovoid,spindle,triangle and multipolar meurons,were found in the PF,among which the middle (150 400μm 2)and the small(50 150μm 2)type of neuronal cell bodies were predominant in number.The distribution of those neurons in the lateral and medial parts of the PF was different,The main meurons were the spindie shaped meurons (39.94%),and the middle type neurons(51.79%) in the medial psrt,while the round or ovoid shaped(42.76%)and the amall type (58.37%)in the lateral part.
