猪毛菜中一新黄酮苷 被引量:7

A new flavone glycoside from Salsola collina

摘要 目的研究猪毛菜全草的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从猪毛菜中分离得到小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-芹菜糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、天师酸(Ⅱ)、正三十一烷醇(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为猪毛菜苷(collinoside),化合物Ⅱ为首次从猪毛菜中分得。 Objective To study the constituents of Salsola collina. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by analyses of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Three compounds were isolated and identified as tricin-7-O-β-D-apiosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ), tianshic acid (Ⅱ), and n-hentriacontanol (Ⅲ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new compound named collinoside, compound Ⅱ is isolated from S. collina for the first time.
