Effect Analysis on the Development Strategy of Petroleum Industry of Xinjiang

文章就石油工业发展对新疆社会经济的多个领域进行效应分析,通过实证研究,探讨"一黑"战略实施对地方经济的拉动和推动作用及影响新疆经济在国内地位的变动等,并就存在的问题提出几点思考与建议。

In the middle of last 90's,Xinjiang began to carry out the strategy called'the black and white'which has brought great effects on the development of its economy and society.How do the fast development of the Xinjiang's oil industry,especially the oil and natural gas exploitation industry,affect the economy and people's life of Xinjiang?We want to give a scientific analysis.This paper analyses the effects the development of oil industry done on many aspects of the economy and society of Xinjiang by positive research.It discusses how'the black' strategy affect the development of local economy and the changes of the position in the whole economy and gives some thoughts and suggestions to the problems existed presently.
