摘要
以邻香兰醛和甘氨酸、L甲硫氨酸在氢氧化钾的乙醇溶液中合成Schif碱配体L1K,L2K(L1=C10H10O4NK·H2O,L2=C13H16NO4SK),将其分别作用于稀土Ln3+,配位后生成11个新配合物:Ln(L1)3·nH2O(Ln=La,n=0;Ln=Pr,Nd,n=1;Ln=Sm,Eu,Dy,n=2),Ln(L2)3·nH2O(Ln=La,n=1;Ln=Pr,Sm,Eu,Dy,n=2),对其进行红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导、氢核磁共振谱及元素分析,推测Schif碱配体是以O—N—O的三齿形式与中心金属离子配位的,中心金属离子的配位数为9~11.
Two new kinds of amino acid Schiff bases L 1K(L 1K=C 10 HO 4NK·H 2O),L 2K(L 2K=C 13 H 16 NO 4SK)and their lanthanide complexes:Ln(L 1) 3· n H 2O(Ln=La, n =0;Ln=Pr,Nd, n =1;Ln=Sm,Eu,Dy, n =2),Ln(L 2) 3· n H 2O (Ln=La, n =1;Ln=Pr,Sm,Eu,Dy, n =2)have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV, 1H NMR and Mole Conductance measurement.The Schiff base ligands suggested that they coordinated with center lanthanide ion as O—N—O tridendent.The preliminary test of antitumor activity in vitro showed that the nine lanthanide complexes had antitumor activity against HL 60 tumor cells.
