Synthesis of Cinnamoylamide Analogs and Their Antagonistic Effects on Biological Actions of Endothelin 1

合成了肉桂酰胺类似物Ｎ３（５甲基异唑）基３，４二羟基肉桂酰胺（１）和Ｎ４安替比林基４羟基３甲氧基肉桂酰胺（２）．实验发现化合物（１）。

Two cinnamoylamide analogs N 3 5 methylisoxazolyl 3,4 dihydroxy cinnamoylamide(1)and N 4 antipyryl 4 hydroxy 3 methoxycinnamoylamide(2) were synthesized. Both compounds revealed obvious antagonistic effects on biological actions of endothelin 1(ET 1),such as vasoconstriction of isolated aortic rings of SD rat and rabbit′s aortic smooth muscle cells proliferation induced by ET 1.
