摘要
合成了肉桂酰胺类似物N3(5甲基异唑)基3,4二羟基肉桂酰胺(1)和N4安替比林基4羟基3甲氧基肉桂酰胺(2).实验发现化合物(1)。
Two cinnamoylamide analogs N 3 5 methylisoxazolyl 3,4 dihydroxy cinnamoylamide(1)and N 4 antipyryl 4 hydroxy 3 methoxycinnamoylamide(2) were synthesized. Both compounds revealed obvious antagonistic effects on biological actions of endothelin 1(ET 1),such as vasoconstriction of isolated aortic rings of SD rat and rabbit′s aortic smooth muscle cells proliferation induced by ET 1.
