摘要
基于397家中国企业的问卷调查所得数据,检验了探索式创新、利用式创新的前因和后果,发现:正规化的组织结构对两类创新均有促进作用,集权化的组织结构对利用式创新有负面影响;两类创新对企业绩效均有提升作用;环境竞争性对探索式创新与绩效的关系起正向调节作用,而对利用式创新与绩效的关系起负向调节作用。
Using the data gathered through a survey of 397 Chinese enterprises, the antecedents and effects of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are tested empirically. The restflts show that formalization has positive effect on the two types of innovations, and centralization has negative effect on exploitative innovation. Both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation are proved have positive effect on firm performance. Environmental competitiveness is found positively moderate the effectiveness of exploratory innovation, but negatively moderate the effectiveness of exploitative innovation.
