摘要
目的通过比较不同树脂牙的耐磨性能,探讨影响树脂牙耐磨性的有关因素,为临床工作中人工牙的选择提供一定的理论依据。方法三种不同的树脂牙,分别为硬质复色合成树脂牙(A)、复色合成树脂牙(B)、合成树脂牙(C),用销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机进行磨耗试验,用磨耗质量损耗及电镜观察比较这三种树脂牙的耐磨性能。结果通过磨耗前后各树脂牙质量的损耗得出不同树脂牙耐磨性从高到低排列为:A>B>C,各组之间的差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。SEM结果显示:A组磨耗表面有轻微的犁沟现象;B组的磨痕表面有较清晰的犁沟现象,磨坑大小中等较多;C组相比之下表面磨耗最为严重,磨坑满布且较深。结论三种树脂牙的耐磨性为A>B>C,树脂牙的不同组成成分、分子量大小、聚合方式和加工工艺会影响其机械性能。
Objective This study was designed to provide a theoretic foundation for the choosing the resin teeth in clinics through comparing the wear resistance among three different resin teeth and discuss the factors that may influence the wear resistance of the resin teeth. Methods 'Three different kinds of resin teeth : Hard multi-layer synthetic resin teeth (A) ; multi-layer synthetic resin teethe(B) ; synthetic resin teeth (C). The wear test was conducted by a pin-plate wear machine. The result was measured by the weight loss through wearing and the surfaces of the wear scar were observed by a scanning electronic microscope. Results According to.the weight loss, the wear resistance of the different resin teeth was A 〉 B 〉 C. SEM examination showed that resin teeth A were most slightly worn while resin teeth C were most seriously worn. Resin teeth B had the wear degree between the other two. Conclusions The wear resistance of different resin teeth, from high to low was : A 〉 B 〉 C. The variation of the wear resistance of the resin teeth may be influenced by their different components, molecular weight and manufactural methods.
