摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定杞菊地黄丸中马钱苷的含量.方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1∶8∶4∶48),检测波长为236nm,流速为1.0mL?min-1,柱温40℃.结果马钱苷在0.0185~0.738μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),该制剂中马钱苷的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.33%(n=5).结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于杞菊地黄丸中马钱苷的含量测定.
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of loganin in Qijudihuang Pill. METHODS The HPLC method was carried on C18 column using tetrahydrofuran-- acetonitrile-- methanol-- 0.05 % phosphoric acid(1 : 8 : 4 : 48)as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 236nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL ~ rain-1 and the temperature of col- umn was 40~C. RESULTS In the HPLC method,the calibration curve for loganin was linear in the range of 0. 0185~0. 738wg, r =0. 9999. The average recovery was 99.9%, RSD was 0. 33%( n =5). CONCLUSION The method was convenient,precise and reliable for determining the content of loganin in Qijudihuang Pill.
