在分析了辽源市农村剩余劳动力现状的基础上,指出辽源市农村剩余劳动力向非农业转移的条件已基本具备,强调解决好辽源市农村剩余劳动力向非农业转移,是关系到解决"三农"问题的一个重要方面,并提出了辽源市农村剩余劳动力转移的途径。

Based on the analysis of status about rural surplus labor force in Liaoyuan City, it is pointed out that the basic conditions of transferring Liaoyuan rural surplus labor force to non-agricultural have got. Emphasizing the solution to the transfer is an important aspect related to the settlement of the ＂three farmers＂, and it is proposed the methods about the transfer of Liaoyuan rural surplus labor force.
