示波极谱法测定耳垂血中微量元素的研究

Study on Determination of Earlobe Blood Trace Element Oscillogram Polarography

采用示波极谱仪对80名学龄前儿童及40名健康成年人耳垂血中微量元素（TE）锌、铁、铜、锰（Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn）进行测定。结果，儿童耳垂血中Zn、Fe含量低于成年人；Cu含量高于成年人（P均＜0．01）；Mn含量两者比较无差异（P＞0．05）。本法测定操作简便、数据准确、采血量小、患者痛苦少，易于接受。

Trace Element (TE) Zinc、Copper 、Iron、Manganese (Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn) in earlobe of eighty children of prechool age and forty health adults were determined with JP- 2 mode oscillogram polarogrph . The results showed that: TE、Zn、Fe content of children earlobe blood were lower than thet of adults (P < 0. 01), TE Cu of children earlobe blood was higher (P<0.01) than that of adults, but, TE Mn was insignificantly different between children and adults. The determination method is easy to oper ate, accurate to count and trace blood needed to take . The patients feel a little pain , and be willing to accept .
