摘要
目的探讨年轻护士的特点,有的放矢地进行管理。方法以20世纪80年代出生的年轻护士为管理对象,采用质性研究现象学方法对9名护士长进行访谈,并将访谈资料进行整理分析。结果年轻护士自我意识强,注意培养其团队意识;直率、善于表达自我,注意培养其奉献精神;自信心强、接受新生事物能力强,采取激励方式正面引导。结论以人为本的现代护理管理者是时代的要求。
Objective To analyze the characteristic of young nurses and to develop effective management measures. Method Eighties was born to young nurses to manage the object,nine head nurses were interviewed. The data were analyzed with the method of qualitative phenomenology. Result The post - 80s nurses were frank, expressive, confident, open - minded with a strong sense of self - awareness. So, head nurses should pay attention to develop their team spirit, dedication and positive guidance. Conclusion Time calls for human - oriented management model.
