急性白血病靶向治疗的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 急性白血病（AL）是血液系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。近年来，随着化疗方案的不断改进以及新的化疗靶向药物的发现，AL的治疗效果已经有了明显改善，成人急性髓系白血病（AML）的完全缓解（CR）率可达50％～80％，急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）CR率达60％～85％。但是，由于传统的化疗难以清除微小残余病变，导致急性白血病复发率较高，
