摘要
从专业定位和办学指导思想的分析入手,构建了数学专业层次化建设的阶梯式结构模式,阐述了师资队伍在阶梯式结构模式建设中的关键作用;同时探究了实现专业培养目标的保障体系。
From the specialized localization and guiding principle of running colleges,the paper establishes stepwise tactic pattern of hierarchy specialty construction,elaborates the crucial role of teachers in the teaching practice,and simultaneously explores safeguard system to realize speciality training goal.
