摘要 随着科学技术的发展和管理观念的创新,企业管理水平不断提高,生产企业不再仅仅关心内部的生产管理,同时也重视把供应商、制造商和销售商作为一个系统来考虑,即所谓的供应链,近些年来,关于供应链的研究是世界各国,研究人员的一个重要研究热点。而对于钢铁行业来说,由于生产规模巨大,产品种类繁多,销售渠道分散,供应链的优化就非常有意义,本论文通过构建针一个基于线性规划优化理论的面向钢铁行业的供应链优化模型,并结合国内大型企业的实际情况,建立一套可以应用于大部分钢铁行业的优化模型工具。 With the development of the science technology and the innovation of the Management Concepts. The level of enterprise management is becoming higher and higher. In recent years, the research of the supply chain is the main priorities all over the world. In the steel industry , the optimization of supply chain is very meaningful because of the huge amounts of products and the separate of the distribution channel. In the topic, we will create a linear planning based optimization tool that can he used in many steel companies.
