低位直肠癌保肛术28例临床分析

目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术术的临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析本院2000年1月至2005年1月28例距肛缘5～10cm的低位直肠癌保肛手术病例的临床资料。结果保肛术3年内局部复发为12%;术后随访3年生存率为78.6%。保肛术后并发症明显减少,生存质量明显提高。结论对低位直肠癌(距肛缘5～10cm)患者,选择正确术式是提高患者术后生存质量的关键。

Objective To explore the curative effects of anal sphincter preserving operation for low rectal carcinoma;Method The clinical data of 28 patients with low rectal cancer subject to anal preservation operation from Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Local recurrence occurred in 4 cases with the recurrence rate being 11%. During a mean follow up period of 3 years,28 cases survived with the 3-year survival rate being 78, 6%. The complications of anal sphincter preserving operation reduced significantly, and the quality of life improved significantly; Conclusion For patients with low rectal cancer , accurate surgical procedures are the key to improve the quality of life.
