HIV-1Gag-gp120嵌合基因在重组杆状病毒系统中的嵌合表达

摘要 将中国株HIV-1B亚型gag基因序列克隆到杆状病毒表达载体pFASTBAC1中,将gp120基因以相同的读框克隆到gag基因的3/端下游,构建了重组表达质粒pFge,利用大肠杆菌埃希菌杆状病毒表达系统筛选重组杆状病毒,在昆虫细胞sf9中表达了HIV-1的Gag-gp120嵌合蛋白。 The HIV-1 subtype B gag gene were cloned into baculovirus transfer vector pfastbacl and the full length of HIV-1 subtype B gp120 gene were coined at the 3/terminal of gag gene at the same reading frame , the recombinant plasmid pFge were constructed. After transformation and con-transfecting the recombinant Bacmid with sf 9 ceils, the recombinant baculovirus expressed HIV-1 chimric protein were obtained.
