低体质量婴幼儿先天性心脏病术后ICU的护理

低体质量儿、婴幼儿心脏术后重症监护护理有其特殊性。回顾30例低体质量婴幼儿先天性心脏病术后重症监护护理的临床资料,认为在护理过程中应严密观察病情变化,严格控制出入水量,严格无菌操作,正确选择呼吸机及调整呼吸机参数,注重呼吸道管理,同时根据年龄大小做好生活、心理护理,才能收到理想效果。

The post-operation intensive cure unit （ICU） nursing of low-weight infants with congenital heart disease has it＇ s specificity. We reviewed 30 cases of low-weight infants with congenital heart disease after open-heart surgery in the ICU, and suggested that during the nursing, we should observe the patients more closely, control the inward and outward of the water, keep eyes on the sterile operation, choosing the right respiratory machine and adjust the accurately, pay more attention to respiratory tract management and maintain the function of cardiopulmonary systems. At the same time, we also should care about patients＇ phsycologicstatus and daily living nursing considering their age to get the ideal effect.
