双腔气囊导尿管在盆腔炎中中药保留灌肠的护理

Nursing of retention enera of Chinese teaditional medicine using Double balloon-catheterl in pelvic inflammation

目的探讨双腔气囊导尿管在中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法选用双腔气囊导尿管代替肛管,置管深度达25～28cm,通过灌肠时采取卧位与注入气囊固定尿管,达到使药液在肠腔上段保留时间延长的方法进行治疗。结果用双腔气囊导尿管保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的患者,未产生便意,保留时间长,药物吸收好,临床疗效好。结论双腔气囊导尿管保留灌肠的方法治疗慢性盆腔炎更有利于提高药物疗效,是一种值得推广运用的方法。

Objective To study the cheat effection of retention-enema of Chinese traditional medicine by Double baUoon-catheter.1 in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods We used double balloon-catheted insteand of anal tube, the length of intubation is 25 - 28 centimetters, and took decubitus position while injieiatur enema, due to water injection into the balloons, for lasting the time of the medicine retention in the superior segment of the enteric cavity to achieve the cheat effection. Results The patients with chronic pelvic in- flammatory disease who used retention enema of Chinese traditional medicine by double halloon-eatheterl , with- out the awareness of defecation, longer retention time , better absorption of medicine, gaining excellent clinical therapeutic effect. Conclusion Treating chronic pelvic inflanunatory disease using retention enema of Chinese traditional medicine by double halloon-eatheterl is a effective method,and it＇ s worth being applied broadly.
