电视腹腔镜下全子宫切除术围手术期的护理

目的探讨电视腹腔镜下全子宫切除术(Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy)的术前与术后的护理工作。方法自2005年5月至2009年8月,本科收治48例行电视腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者,平均年龄45岁,平均住院天数12d,现回顾性分析这48例电视腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的术前与术后的护理经验。结果48例患者在相应的术前与术后护理下治愈出院。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者损伤小、痛苦轻、腹部瘢痕小。针对腹腔镜下行全子宫切除的患者的特殊性,采取相对应的护理措施,可保证患者手术的顺利进行及术后早日康复。

Objective To discuss the nursing methods in preoperative and postoperative period of Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy. Methods Retrospectively analysed the preoperative and postoperative care of 48 patients treated by Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy in our department from May , 2005 to August,2009. The average age of them was 45 and the average length of stay was 12 days. Results 48 patients were cured with the relevant preoperative and postoperative nursing. Conclusion Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy has the advanta- ges of small operation wound, little postoperative discomfort and few abdominal scars. In view of the particularity of the patient treated by Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, adopting relevant nursing measrues is the key which can ensure the carrying out of the operations and promote the patient early-rehabilitation.
