双腔气囊导尿管用于女患者留置导尿时注水量的调查分析

目的调查临床女患者双腔气囊导尿管留置导尿的注水量,并探讨一定量的注水量既能使导尿管不脱落又能减轻患者的不适感。方法随机调查120例按常规留置导尿操作方法进行导尿的女患者,收集其相关资料(注水量,尿管型号,导尿次数,年龄,身高,体质量,婚孕情况),并于10～15min后记录患者的舒适度,使用率的χ2检验和方差分析。结果患者的舒适度与注水量有统计学意义,与尿管型号,导尿次数,患者的年龄,身高,体质量,婚孕无统计学意义。结论根据患者的具体情况向气囊导尿管注入5～15ml使导尿管不脱落,患者又相对舒适。

Objective To investigate the determining the volume of water infused in double-balloon-catheter by retention catheterization for female patients, and discuss how to alleviate the uncomfortable feeling of the patients. Methods The general information of female patient with retention catheterization was collected randomly and then analyzed. The information of total 120 patients was collected, followed by the analysis of SPSS Software. Results The results show the response from the patients has a relationship with the volume of water infused, but has not a relationship with the patient＇ s age, body height, body weight, the catheterization operation frequency, marriage, pregnant, pregnancy and the size of catheters. Conclusion the volume of water should be infused as per the patient details.
