急性胰腺炎患者血清Th17相关因子IL-17、IL-6与TNF-α水平变化及意义 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨血清Th17相关因子IL-17、IL-6和TNF-α水平在急性胰腺炎患者中的变化及意义。方法:应用ELISA法检测19例重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)、28例轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)及21例正常对照者血清IL-17、IL-6和TNF-α水平。结果:SAP、MAP两组患者血清中IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著高于正常对照组,且SAP组高于MAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清IL-17水平与IL-6、TNF-α水平呈显著正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01;r=0.46,P<0.01),血清IL-6与TNF-α水平呈显著正相关(r=0.55,P<0.01)。结论:Th17功能亢进可能促进了急性胰腺炎的发生与恶化。 Objective: To investigate the significance and serum levels of Thl7 related cytokines interleukin-17 (IL-17), IL--6, and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: ELISA assay was used to determine the serum levels of IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α of 19 patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), 28 patients with mild acute pancreatitis (MAP) and 21 eases of health people. Results: The levels of IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α of SAP group and MAP group were significantly higher than those of control group. The levels of IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α of SAP group were significantly higher than those of MAP group (P〈0.01). The level of IL-17 was positively correlated with the level of IL-6 and the level of TNF-α (r=0.51, P〈0.01; r=0.46,P〈0.01). The level of IL-6 was positively correlated with the levels of TNF-ot (r=-0.55, /9〈0.01). Conclusion: The upregulation of Th17 may be involved in the development and aggravation of acute pancreatitis.
