摘要 现将我院特殊影像学表现的巨细胞间质性肺炎1例报道如下： 1临床资料 1．1病史患者，女，49岁，因乏力、咳嗽、胸闷进行性加重2月余入院。患者2个多月前因受凉后出现全身乏力，有咳嗽，咳少许白黏痰，无咯血，活动后稍感胸闷，在当地县医院就诊，
