摘要 通过对耐火材料煅烧过程热耗现状的分析,指出了耐火材料行业的节能降耗,应该从能耗较大的煅烧环节出发,从燃料的选择及炉窑燃烧技术的改进着手,并对包括环保节能型洁净发生炉冷煤气、富氧发生炉煤气在内的相关燃料应用进行了扼要的分析,对炉窑富氧燃烧、蓄热式燃烧技术进行了简要介绍,并提出了燃烧新技术在耐火行业推广应用应注意的相关事宜。 Through the analysis of the present status of heat consumption in the process of refractory material calcination it is pointed that the energy saving and reduction in the refractory industry should start from the section of refractory material calcination that consumes large amount of energy, and from the selection of fuel and improvement of firing technology of kilns and furnaces. And the compendious analysis is carried out for the application of relevant fuels including environmental protection and energy saving type clean producer gas, oxygen-enrich producer gas. A brief description is given to the technologies of oxygen-enriched combustion and regenerative combustion of kilns and furnaces and the precautions are put forward in the popularization and application of the new combustion technology in refractory industry.
