口腔护理对老年糖尿病患者的效果研究

Research in effect of oral cavity nursing on senile patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨口腔护理在老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病治疗中的作用。方法对80例老年糖尿病患者进行控制饮食及降糖治疗，同时进行口腔护理4周，观察患者护理前后血糖、血脂指标的变化情况。结果本组糖尿病患者经4周口腔护理后，口腔疾病好转总有效率达91．3％，血糖、血脂值与治疗前比较明显降低。结论预防口腔疾病对预防糖尿病并发症尤为重要，口腔护理得当，有利于预防和治疗糖尿病并发口腔疾病。

Objective To discuss oral cavity nursing in senile diabetic patients with oral dis- ease. Methods 80 senile diabetic patients were offered diet control and treatment for lowering blood glu- cose with simultaneous oral nursing for 4 weeks. The blood glucose, blood lipid before and after nursing were observed. Results The total effective rate reached 91.3% after oral nursing, blood glucose and blood lipid greatly lowered after nursing. Conehmions Prevention of oral disease is important for pre- venting diabetic complications, appropriate oral nursing contributes to prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with oral disease.
