摘要
本文对节能监管体系的五项制度(能耗监测、能耗统计、能源审计、能效公示、制度建设)进行了初步探讨,提出公共建筑应尽快搭建能耗监测平台,完善节能监管体系。
In the paper the five system （energy cosumption monitoring, energy consumption satistics, energy auditing, energy sfficiency publienoticing, system） of energy efficiency supervision system is disscussed. Energy cosumption monitoring platform shoud be build as soon as possible, and energy efficiency supervision system showld be improved.
