很多企业都有裂变的痕迹,裂变创业活动值得特别关注,其对经济发展具有很大的推动作用。国内外学者研究得出了一些有关裂变型创业的结论,但在丰裕度和系统深入方面存在不足。我国大量涌现的裂变型创业现象,为理论研究和规律提炼提供了很好的素材。扎根理论研究方法是一种科学有效的定性研究方法,擅长于从现象层面归纳理论体系,从而弥补既有理论的空白、实现理论创新。在裂变型创业概念界定的基础上,运用扎根方法的分析技术,深入探究和挖掘精选个案蕴含的裂变型创业本质规律,最终得出裂变型创业的概念框架、成功要素和关键维度等有关结论。

Spinning off is a very important activity, which can greatly accelerate companies＇ growth and economic development. There are many great conclusions about spin-off entrepreneurship all over the world. But that is not enough and we should do much more. The establishment of a new venture based on spin-offs is increasing in China, while relevant research is inadequate. The rapid growth of spin-offs gives us a good chance to study them. Grounded Theory is a very scientific and useful method for concluding theories from phenomena. A case study of enterprise spin-offs based on Grounded Theory is conducted, and a series of conclusions are finally reached concerning the research frame, characteristics and successful factors.
