摘要
在法学上,弱势群体是指基本权利得不到享有和实现的群体。尊重和保障弱势群体权利,既是社会公平的体现,也是社会主义法治的本质要求。从法律的角度保障弱势群体权利,有着非常重要的意义。
In terms of law, the disadvantaged refers to the community whose basic rights cannot be realized. Respecting and safeguarding the rights of the disadvantaged reflects not only the social justice but also the fundamental request of the socialist law government. Legally safeguarding the rights of the disadvantaged is of great significance.
